With this project my goal was to suspend a large paper /A/ in the air with balloons.



The device I invented for unrolling and reeling in the paper was unfortunately of little use; right after I began unrolling, the wind picked up and sheared the paper, and without any additional tether restraining the balloons, I was finished. How disappointing.
